How Large Is a Yottabyte Infographic ?

Posted On 8:04 PM by Arun Sankar |

The yottabyte is a multiples of the unit byte for digital information. It is a storage space like KB, MB, GB. One yottabyte is equal to 1,000 zettabytes and is the largest unit of measurement used for measuring data.

A single yottabyte contains one septillion, or one trillion times one trillion bytes, which is the same as one trillion terabytes. It is also a number larger than any human can comprehend. There is no need for a unit of measurement larger than a yottabyte because there is simply no practical use for such a large measurement.

1000 GB = 1 Terabyte (TB)
1000 TB = 1 Petabyte (PB)
1000 PB = 1 Exabyte (EB)
1000 EB = 1 Zettabyte (ZB)
1000 ZB = 1 Yottabyte (YB)
In simple words, a Yottabyte = 1,000,000,000,000,000 GB

This Reunion ad from Google India, is seen to be emotional and engaging. The 3.30 minute ‘Reunion’ ad is about friendship, fond childhood memories, separation and reconnecting to a tender past.
